- 1–2 chicken sausage links
- Yellow or Dijon mustard
- Cucumber + mini bell peppers
- Pickles or pickled onions
- Everything seasoning, pepper
- Optional: a few pretzel thins
- Air-fry or pan-brown sausage and slice it.
- Spoon cottage cheese onto a plate and season it.
- Add sausage, cucumber, peppers and pickles around it.
- Add a generous mustard drizzle or keep it on the side for dipping.
- Scoop, dip and crunch. That's literally it.

- 2 oz dry protein pasta
- 4 oz chicken breast, cubed

- 2 tbsp grated parmesan

- Cajun seasoning, garlic
- Pasta water
- Cook pasta and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet.
- Add pepper and spinach.
- Lower heat. Stir blended cottage cheese, parmesan and a splash of pasta water together.
- Add pasta and toss gently until glossy and creamy. Don't boil the cottage-cheese sauce.
